Hi My name is Kinga Paczkowska - please just call me Kinga!  
I'm glad you're here! You're reading this because we have shared some experiences that neither of us wants to dwell on. 
Let me begin by saying that I went from being a strong energetic young girl who played various sports, including football, to an international standard, to becoming a severely depressed teenager following multiple major surgeries that ended my professional career. 
 
Let's be quite honest and open about this – I suffered with Obesity and consequently Bulimia. My way out was to take on the academic study of my conditions which enabled me to overcome these issues on my terms. I took control of them where as they had previously taken control of me! 
Currently, I am a nutrition expert and personal trainer with a wide range of specialisations and years of experience, as well as a natural bodybuilding competitor. Around Surrey, I occasionally use a yellow truck with blue lights.  
 
I've begun working with experts in the fields of diabetes, obesity, and eating disorders. You'll be able to meet them on my blog and YouTube channel soon. 
 
 
 
 
 
In a few phrases, I'd want to define myself as a courageous, inquisitive girl who enjoys taking on new challenges. I enjoy life and accept it as it is; I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I spend most of my free time traveling and being active (I despise monotony and am always seeking ways to improve).  
 
I also enjoy analysing scientific literature and everything relating to human anatomy, as well as reading a lot of interesting books. I like to feel free and wild from time to time, away from social media and electrical devices, and my motorcycle now helps me with that.

MY MOTTO: There is no such thing as a problem with motivation, but there is such a thing as a problem with discipline. 

Motivation is impermanent; for example, we get up in the morning and do things we don't particularly enjoy doing, such as going to work, feeding and changing the baby, cleaning, and so on. At the same time, regardless of how motivated we are, I believe we should begin automatically caring for ourselves. 
Choose a better life for yourself based on your aspirations, preferences, and capabilities ;) If you've had enough of unsuccessful diet and workout attempts, trust me! I'll resolve your problems once and for all, dispel all your doubts, and help you how to make healthy, successful decisions on your own that you may pass on to others.
